Which castle suits my hire business best?+
Hire operators do best with a 5×5 m to 6×6 m model as their mainstay. It fits nearly any garden and still travels in an estate car. Adding a mini for toddlers and an XL for bigger events is what fills out the season.
How long will a commercial bouncy castle last?+
At typical hire usage — 50 to 100 bookings a season — and with proper care, our castles run to 6–10 years. The reinforcement at the stress points and the double-stitched seams are what separate them from consumer-grade models.
Can I print my logo on the castle?+
Yes, custom branding is part of the standard offer. We print your design full-colour directly onto the PVC: logo, slogans, a mascot or a complete themed world.
What does shipping cost?+
Within the EU we typically charge €89–249 depending on size and country. For overseas shipments we provide a custom freight quote. Free pickup from our Vienna warehouse available.
Which safety certifications do the castles have?+
Every castle we supply meets EN 14960, the European safety standard for inflatable play equipment. TÜV certification and the CE declaration of conformity are available on request.
Do you offer a repair service?+
We do. A free repair kit for minor damage comes with every order, and larger jobs — tears, a blower replacement, seam repairs — we take in-house and quote for.
