The supplier checklist: 10 things to check
Use this table when you compare offers. The first two columns apply to any seller. The third shows how Bubble Allstars answers each point, so you can hold us to the same standard.
| What to check | Why it matters | Bubble Allstars |
|---|---|---|
| Material thickness | Thin walls crease, scuff and puncture sooner. Serious sellers state the specifications for each model. | Specifications stated per model. Ask for the spec sheet with your quote. |
| TPU or PVC | PVC costs less to buy. TPU is lighter, odour-free and copes better with cold. The right choice depends on how often you play. | Both materials, in 1.5 m adult and 1.2 m kids sizes. |
| Harness and handles | Players hang in the harness for the whole game. Padded, adjustable straps and solid inner handles decide comfort and control. | Padded shoulder straps, adjustable harness and inner grab handles. |
| Valve | A weak valve leaks slowly and spoils sessions. A reinforced valve that sits recessed in the shell survives collisions. | Reinforced valve, recessed into the shell. |
| Warranty length | Regular use is hard on seams. A written warranty shows the seller expects the product to last. | 24 months warranty. |
| Spare parts and repair kits | Small punctures happen. A repair kit keeps a ball in play instead of out of service. | Free repair kits and carry bags with every order. |
| Delivery time to your country | Event dates are fixed. You need a realistic lead time, not a vague promise. | Typically 14–20 business days across Europe. |
| EU-based seller with VAT invoice | Clubs, schools, councils and companies need a correct invoice. Sellers outside the EU can add import VAT and customs paperwork. | Allstars Int. GbR, Vienna, Austria. A proper invoice with every order. |
| B2B references | A seller that supplies clubs, schools and rental companies can show who it works with. | References on our customers page. Trading since 2008. |
| Logo printing | Branded balls help rental businesses and sponsors stand out, but not every seller offers it. | Custom logo printing available. |
Tip: send every supplier the same request (quantity, material, sizes and delivery address), so that the quotes can be compared line by line.
Distributor vs. manufacturer vs. marketplace
Bubble soccer balls reach buyers in Europe through three kinds of seller. Each can be the right choice. What matters is who stands behind the product once it is on your pitch.
Manufacturer
Produces the balls in its own factory. Often sells in large volumes, usually ships from the country of production and may leave import, customs and warranty claims to you.
Distributor
Selects products from manufacturing partners and sells them in your market. Handles the quote, invoice, delivery, warranty and support in your language.
Marketplace seller
Lists balls on large online platforms. Prices look low, but the seller, specifications and warranty are often hard to verify, and the product can change from one order to the next.
Bubble Allstars is a certified distributor since 2008, based in Vienna. We do not manufacture the balls ourselves. We work with manufacturing partners, and over the years we have reworked the material, belts, handles and valves with them, based on what we learned running bubble soccer events ourselves. For our customers we handle the quote, delivery across Europe and the 24-month warranty.

Red flags when choosing a supplier
Walk away, or at least ask more questions, if you notice any of these:
- No company name, address or VAT number on the website or the invoice.
- Only stock photos or renderings, no real photos of the product in use.
- No material specifications, or vague answers when you ask for them.
- Warranty terms that are missing, only verbal or limited to a few weeks.
- A low unit price combined with high or unclear costs for shipping, customs or handling.
- Pressure to pay immediately, payment only through unusual channels, or no written quote.
How to compare quotes in five steps
A structured comparison takes about an hour and prevents expensive mistakes. Work through these steps with every offer on the table:
- 1Define your use: occasional parties, regular club or school sessions, or a rental business with bookings every weekend.
- 2Ask each supplier for the same configuration: quantity, material, sizes (1.5 m adult, 1.2 m kids) and your delivery address.
- 3Compare the total delivered cost: balls, shipping, VAT, any import costs and extras sold separately, such as pumps or bags.
- 4Read the warranty and after-sales terms: how long, what is covered and how a claim is handled.
- 5Check the delivery date against your first event and ask which similar customers the supplier works with.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy bubble soccer balls in Europe?
From European distributors such as Bubble Allstars, directly from manufacturers, or from marketplace sellers. For clubs, schools and businesses an EU-based distributor is usually the simplest option: one contact, a proper invoice, delivery typically in 14–20 business days and warranty handling in Europe.
Is Bubble Allstars a manufacturer?
No. Bubble Allstars is a certified distributor since 2008, based in Vienna. We work with manufacturing partners and take care of the quote, delivery across Europe, the 24-month warranty and support.
What makes a good bubble soccer supplier?
Clear specifications, a written warranty, repair kits and after-sales support, a realistic delivery time to your country and a correct invoice. Fast, specific answers before you order are a good sign of how a supplier will treat you afterwards.
Are cheap bubble balls from marketplaces worth it?
For occasional private use they can be. For clubs, schools and rentals they are often a false saving: thinner material, no commercial warranty and no spare parts mean the balls drop out of service sooner.
How quickly will I get a quote from Bubble Allstars?
Within 24 hours. Tell us the number of balls, the material, sizes, your delivery country and whether you want a logo, and we send you a written quote.
