1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through Bubble Allstars. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change. EU prices may differ. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in your individual quote.

3. Shipping

We offer worldwide insured shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and will be communicated with your order confirmation. Shipping is included in package prices unless otherwise stated.

4. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Repair kits are included with every order.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Custom logo orders are non-refundable.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
