Which castle is right for my rental business?+
For rental operators we recommend 5×5 m to 6×6 m as the main model. This size fits almost any garden and still transports comfortably in an estate car. To maximise revenue, add a mini for toddlers and an XL for major events.
How long does a commercial bouncing castle last?+
With typical rental usage (50–100 bookings per season) and proper care, our castles last 6–10 years. Reinforcements at stress points and double-stitched seams make the difference vs. consumer-grade models.
Can I print my logo on the castle?+
Yes — custom branding is part of our standard offer. We print full-colour directly onto the PVC. Logo, slogans, mascot or complete themed worlds — all possible.
What does shipping cost?+
Within the EU we typically charge €89–249 depending on size and country. For overseas shipments we provide a custom freight quote. Free pickup from our Vienna warehouse available.
Which safety certifications do the castles have?+
All our castles meet EN 14960 — the European safety standard for inflatable play equipment. TÜV certification and CE declaration of conformity available on request.
Do you offer a repair service?+
Yes. Every order includes a free repair kit for minor damage. Larger repairs (tears, blower replacement, seam repairs) we handle in-house against estimate.
